The Ministry of Health announced funding of 223.3 million lei for 37 health projects, focusing on new hospitals, digitalization, and modern equipment. Significant investments are directed towards major hospital infrastructure projects in Constanța, Sibiu, and Balotești, with some nearing completion. Ten projects aim to digitalize public hospitals across the country, benefiting various medical institutions. Additional funds are allocated for infection control equipment and modernizing intensive care units for newborns. The Ministry also signed 44 additional contracts to adapt to changes in VAT and ensure the continuation of these investments.
