The Agency for Rural Investment Financing has released the Applicant's Guide for the DR-14 intervention, aimed at small farms seeking non-reimbursable funding. The project submission will be exclusively online, starting at least 15 days after the guide's publication. Small farmers can receive up to €50,000 per project, with support intensity reaching 85% of eligible expenses. Eligible applicants include small farmers, excluding individuals, verified through the IACS database. Fundable investments cover new agricultural constructions, waste management facilities, and marketing activities. Technical aspects include purchasing specialized agricultural machinery and modernizing irrigation systems.
