The Oradea City Hall has simplified the procedure for installing benches near apartment blocks, removing the requirement for neighbor signatures. This change aims to reduce conflicts among residents and facilitate requests for benches. The new process allows homeowners' associations to submit requests without needing written consent from neighbors, although each request will still be evaluated for safety and accessibility. So far, only five out of 39 requested benches have been installed this year, with priority given to educational institutions.
