Banca Transilvania is considering acquiring banks in other markets as part of its growth strategy. The bank aims for significant organic growth and selective mergers and acquisitions. BT plans to reach assets of 100 billion euros by 2030 and expand its customer base to over 7.5 million. This ambition is expected to enhance operational efficiency and provide benefits to clients and shareholders.
