Banca Transilvania finanţează cu 300 de milioane de euro Transgaz, pentru dezvoltarea infrastructurii de transport al gazelor naturale

Banca Transilvania has provided a €300 million loan to Transgaz for the development of Romania's natural gas transport infrastructure, emphasizing energy security and regional interconnection. This is the largest bilateral financing by BT in the energy sector. Both companies are part of the BET index on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The funding supports strategic investments aimed at enhancing Romania's energy capacity and integrating Black Sea gas into the national system. Transgaz's development plan includes projects for modernization and interconnections, contributing to energy security in Romania and the EU.
