Banca Transilvania acordă Transgaz o finanțare de 300 de milioane de euro pentru dezvoltarea infrastructurii de gaze

Banca Transilvania has provided a €300 million loan to Transgaz for the development of Romania's natural gas transport infrastructure. This is the largest bilateral financing from BT to the energy sector. The agreement was signed on August 12, aiming to enhance energy security and regional interconnectivity. Ömer Tetik emphasized the importance of strong infrastructure for a competitive economy, while Ion Sterian highlighted the strategic role of this investment in modernizing the gas transport system. Both companies are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
