Banca Transilvania successfully raised 500 million euros through a bond issuance, attracting nearly 2 billion euros in orders. This marks the bank's first subordinated bond issue on international markets, aimed at diversifying its capital base. The transaction saw participation from over 100 institutional investors across 30 countries, reflecting strong market confidence. The bonds have a yield of 6.216% and a fixed coupon of 6.122%, maturing in 2037. Since the beginning of 2023, the bank has issued eight bond series, raising approximately 4.5 billion euros, solidifying its position as a leading issuer in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe.
