Banca Transilvania has successfully raised 500 million euros through a bond issuance, attracting nearly 2 billion euros in orders. This marks the bank's first subordinated bond issuance on international markets, aimed at diversifying its capital base. The transaction was well-received despite market volatility, with over 100 institutional investors from 30 countries participating. The bonds have a yield of 6.216% and a fixed coupon of 6.122%, maturing in 2037. This issuance reinforces the bank's financial stability and growth potential, contributing to future financing projects in Romania.
