Banca Națională a României menține dobânda-cheie la 6,5% pe an

The National Bank of Romania has decided to maintain the monetary policy interest rate at 6.5% per year, along with unchanged rates for lending and deposit facilities. The bank aims to ensure price stability and sustainable economic growth through balanced macroeconomic policies and structural reforms. The annual inflation rate decreased to 10.42% in June, influenced by lower prices for vegetables, fruits, and fuels, while the CORE2 inflation rate rose to 8.3%.
