While the industry saw a 12% increase in revenue, profit margins fell, indicating financial strain. Employment in HoReCa rose to approximately 195,000, but challenges remain due to increasing operational costs and changing consumer behavior. Digital payment adoption is also transforming the sector, emphasizing the need for efficient service.
