Azerbaidjanul, export masiv de gaze naturale către Turcia

Azerbaijan exported 5.49 billion cubic meters of natural gas to Turkey from January to June 2023, a 5.2% decrease compared to the same period in 2022. In June alone, exports were 1.01 billion cubic meters, down 0.7% year-on-year. Azerbaijan remained Turkey's largest gas supplier in June, accounting for 33.9% of total imports. Turkey's overall gas imports in June were 3.06 billion cubic meters, a 6.2% decline from the previous year. Iran and Russia followed as the second and third largest suppliers, with respective exports of 882.89 million and 882.16 million cubic meters. Azerbaijani gas is delivered through the Southern Gas Corridor, including the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline and the TANAP pipeline.
