Avocatul Vlad Tobă, acuzații grave la adresa CNA: „Membrii Consiliului atacă politica editorială și încalcă libertatea de exprimare”
The Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Realitatea Plus against the National Audiovisual Council (CNA), highlighting legal misinterpretations by the regulator. Lawyer Vlad Tobă emphasized the need for parliamentary intervention due to potential censorship attempts by some CNA members. Recent court decisions have halted severe sanctions against the TV station, affirming the erroneous legal interpretations by the CNA. Tobă pointed out that the CNA must report to Parliament and that its members are not above the law. He also raised concerns about conflicts of interest and the violation of free expression rights, as some CNA members publicly opposed Realitatea Plus's editorial policy.
