He emphasized that the aid distributed was from Vanbet's assets, not AUR's. Simion rejected the claims, labeling them as blatant lies. The lawyer also mentioned individuals who approached Bogos, claiming to have influence, but Bogos later realized their promises were untrustworthy. Simion allegedly offered help to Bogos, followed by interest in acquiring Vanbet.
