This legislation classifies their work as being under special conditions, which could lead to a 25% increase in pension points for the time worked under these conditions. Additionally, for every year worked as a professional driver, the retirement age could be reduced by four months, potentially allowing for a six-year earlier retirement after 20 years of service. The bill still requires approval from the full chamber and other parliamentary committees before it can be enacted.
