Ukrainian intelligence warns that Russia plans to test a new ballistic missile with an 800-kilometer range by the end of 2026. General Vadym Skibitsky indicated that these tests could involve strikes on western Ukraine. He noted an increase in Russian missile and drone attacks aimed at creating social and economic crises in Ukraine. Russia is also reportedly ramping up its ballistic missile production and extending their range. Skibitsky emphasized that Russia's strategic goal remains the destruction of Ukrainian statehood, with a focus on fully occupying the Donbas region and maintaining battlefield initiative. Additionally, Ukraine's intelligence estimates that Russia may mobilize around 600,000 personnel in 2026 and 2027, with 300,000 by the end of this year.
