Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk also warned of increased Russian attacks on Ukraine and its supporters. The UN's Rosemary DiCarlo noted a dangerous escalation in the conflict, with rising civilian casualties and risks of regional expansion. Over 50 UN countries have called for an immediate ceasefire and meaningful peace talks, emphasizing the need to respect Ukraine's sovereignty.
