The Sibiu Public Health Directorate advises the public to take protective measures against mosquitoes, especially during outdoor activities. Preventive actions include wearing long clothing, using repellents, and eliminating mosquito breeding sites. The monitoring season runs from June to October, and while no confirmed cases exist in Sibiu, two suspicions were ruled out. The director emphasizes the importance of prevention, given the significant increase in cases compared to last year.
