Avertisment pentru iarna 2026-2027: Piaţa gazelor din România va fi mai tensionată, iar facturile la electricitate ar putea creşte cu 20%
Romania is expected to face a more tense gas market situation in the winter of 2026-2027, with potential electricity bill increases of up to 20%. The president of the Intelligent Energy Association, Dumitru Chisăliţă, noted that while a crisis is not anticipated, the storage levels of gas are significantly lower than in previous years, which could lead to higher prices. He outlined three scenarios for the upcoming period, with price increases ranging from 3-5% to 20%, depending on market conditions. A pessimistic scenario includes partially filled gas storage and high electricity prices due to increased demand.
