Immediate actions include mobilizing additional water and dredging the Old Danube to improve navigation. The updated technical-economic indicators for the Bala II project were presented, highlighting the importance of adapting to current conditions. Both reactors are currently offline due to insufficient cooling water, impacting Romania's nuclear energy supply. The completion of these reactors is crucial for enhancing energy security and reducing CO2 emissions.
