He emphasized that the project aims to eliminate salary discrepancies and create a fairer system. The proposed salary adjustments will ensure that those currently earning less will gradually catch up. Bolojan highlighted that rejecting the project would not decrease salary expenses and would exacerbate existing inequalities, as salaries would still be indexed to inflation.
