Avertisment de la Bruxelles: iarnă dificilă pentru Europa, pe fondul scumpirii gazelor

The European Commission warns of a challenging winter for Europe due to rising gas prices and below-average storage levels. Currently, there are no supply security issues, but the Middle East crisis is affecting gas prices and storage capacities. As of October 20, EU gas storage was at 74.6%, significantly lower than last year's 82.8% and the five-year average of 89.2%. Storage levels vary among member states, with Germany at 61.2% and Italy at 90%. EU regulations require storage to be 90% full by December 1, allowing for flexibility under adverse market conditions.
