Averile demnitarilor vor fi din nou publice! Fosta Coaliție, la recomandarea ANI, a votat pentru apariția fișei de interese financiare

The assets of public officials will be made public again following a vote by the former Coalition, based on ANI's recommendation. A favorable report was given for the ANI Law, reexamined in light of a Constitutional Court decision. A joint amendment by former Coalition members will allow the creation of a financial interest statement, which will summarize the total value of assets rather than listing individual properties. The new financial declarations will be public starting January 2027, ensuring greater transparency. The ANI president emphasized that this solution aligns with constitutional rulings and aims to enhance transparency.
