Emergency measures are being taken to prevent widespread disruption in the city. Starting Saturday, CET Progresul will halt operations to allow repairs, while CET Sud will resume to support sectors 2 and 3. Sector 4 will face a 90% disruption for four days due to the lack of an emergency solution.
