A 41-year-old Czech citizen was driving the vehicle, which was registered in the Czech Republic and manufactured in 2023. Upon further investigation, authorities confirmed the car was listed for confiscation. The driver claimed he borrowed a significant amount from the car's owner and took the vehicle after failing to recover his money. Investigations are ongoing for concealment, and the car, valued at 622,000 lei, has been seized for further inquiries.
