Construction on two viaducts on the A3 Transylvania Highway is progressing, potentially allowing traffic from Nădășelu to Târgu Mureș by December. The works at Topa Mică and Nădășelu, managed by Turkish contractor Ozaltin, are crucial for connecting a 42.3 km stretch of highway. The completion of the viaducts is expected three months ahead of schedule, with current work at 76.3% completion. The project, valued at 995 million lei, began in August 2025 and is funded through the Transport Program 2021-2027. Once finished, drivers will have uninterrupted access from Poarta Sălajului to Târgu Mureș, covering over 155 km of highway.
