Autostrada Sibiu-Pitești prinde viteză: Un sector de drum important ajunge la 95%, circulația s-ar putea deschide înainte de termen

The construction progress on the 9.86 km section 4 of the Sibiu-Pitești Highway is nearing 95%, with the Austrian company PORR employing 350 workers. The current pace suggests that this section may open earlier than the contractual deadline of February 2027. Once completed, approximately 54 km of the highway will be operational. Ongoing works include earthworks, installation of protective nets, and final tests at the Momaia tunnel. The project is valued at 1.678 billion lei, funded through the Transport Program (2021-2027).
