Autostrada Brașov-Făgăraș va costa 9,3 miliarde de lei. Traseul de aproape 50 km va avea un singur nod rutier

The Brașov-Făgăraș highway, spanning 49.75 km, is projected to cost 9.35 billion lei and will include a single interchange at Șercaia. The project is currently under public consultation and awaits government approval. It will be divided into two sections, each with temporary exits connecting to DN1. The highway will feature two lanes in each direction and will include 52 structures, such as bridges and tunnels. Funding will come from non-reimbursable external sources and the state budget, with an estimated construction duration of 36 months. The highway aims to improve traffic flow and reduce travel times between Brașov and Făgăraș.
