Construction on Lot 2 of the Bacău–Pașcani Highway has reached 60% completion, with 500 workers and 300 machines on site. The goal is to open the section by year-end, contingent on weather and budget allocations. The project spans 18.99 kilometers and includes road structure, bridges, and service areas. Intelligent transport systems and road markings are also being installed. The contract value is 1.278 billion lei, excluding VAT, and timely funding is crucial for progress.
