The Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway is 65% complete, ahead of schedule, according to the National Road Investments Company. Director Gabriel Budescu confirmed that construction is progressing well despite market challenges. The contractor employs nearly 700 workers and over 500 machines, with asphalt layers already laid on significant portions of the highway. The focus remains on maintaining quality while aiming for completion by year-end.
