Autostrada A3: Lotul Chiribiș-Biharia a ajuns la 78% execuție

The construction of the Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway has reached 78% completion, with significant progress reported by the National Company for Road Investments. The project is ahead of schedule, with the final asphalt layer being laid this month. The team is working diligently, with over 500 workers and 400 machines on site. The completion of this 28.55 km section is expected by May 2027, with potential traffic opening in December 2026, depending on weather conditions. The project is funded by European funds, amounting to 785 million lei, and aims to enhance connectivity between Romania and Hungary.
