The A0 Nord highway is nearing completion, with a new connection between A2 and A3 expected to open by the end of October. Lot 3 is at 98.35% completion, allowing for approximately 13 kilometers of highway to be accessible. This route will provide a vital link for drivers traveling between Bucharest, the coast, and northern regions, bypassing congested areas. The project, funded by the European Union, is being constructed by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, which has increased its workforce to expedite the process. The opening of Lot 4, already completed, will further enhance connectivity. This new infrastructure is anticipated to alleviate traffic pressure in eastern Bucharest and improve transport efficiency for goods.
