This system, part of the new Urban Planning Code, will be implemented over five years, starting from August 2026. Access will be granted to various public authorities and professionals, including lawyers, but legal assistance remains optional. The transition aims to streamline bureaucratic procedures for investors and developers, although legal requirements for project authorization will remain unchanged. Full implementation is expected by August 2031, making the platform mandatory for public authorities.
