Search operations for British surfer Arran Strong, missing off Portugal's coast, have been suspended after failing to locate him. Strong disappeared while paddleboarding near Arrifana beach. His friend and coach, José Maria Pyrrait, was rescued but could not find Strong. Pyrrait described the moments leading to Strong's disappearance and expressed deep affection for him.
