Individuals identified by CNP can now officially exit the RO e-Factura registry. The ANAF has updated the procedure and form required for this process. The new regulations, outlined in ANAF Order no. 1.020/2026, allow authors, journalists, and other collaborators to request removal from the mandatory registry. The application must be submitted using form 082, and the removal takes effect from the first day of the month following the submission. This change is significant for those previously required to register, as it provides a clear administrative process for exiting the registry. However, the exemption does not automatically apply to authorized individuals or other professionals identified by a unique registration code.
