The bonds have a fixed interest rate of 5.97% and a maturity date of July 7, 2031. The funds will support the company's sustainability strategy, including reducing carbon emissions and increasing gender equality in management. The bond issue was oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor interest in sustainable businesses. Autonom aims to reduce carbon emissions by 30% by 2028 and 55% by 2030, while targeting 46% female representation in management by 2030.
