Despite the Court's ruling on April 29, 2026, declaring the Parliament's decisions unconstitutional, 127 days have passed without publication, allowing unconstitutional appointees to remain in office. AUR's parliamentary groups have formally requested the Court's president to finalize and publish these decisions promptly, emphasizing the need for compliance with legal deadlines and the representation rights of parliamentary groups in public service boards.
