The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) is urging the Constitutional Court of Romania to expedite the publication of decisions regarding the appointment of members to the boards of the Romanian Television and Radio Societies. Despite the Court's ruling on April 29, 2026, which declared the Parliament's decisions unconstitutional, 127 days have passed without publication, allowing unconstitutional appointees to remain in their positions. AUR's parliamentary groups have formally requested the Court's president to finalize and publish these decisions promptly, emphasizing the need for adherence to legal deadlines and the representation of parliamentary groups in public service boards according to their political weight.
