This initiative allows for the completion of transactions within 30 days after the systems are fully operational again. The proposal follows a cyberattack that rendered the agency's systems unavailable just before the deadline for eligible transactions. The senator emphasized the need for the state to uphold citizens' rights and criticized the PNL president for not supporting the initiative.
