The legislative proposal, initiated by senator Daniela Ștefănescu, modifies the tax code without introducing new fiscal benefits or altering the support level for farmers. It seeks to replace the current reimbursement system with an immediate application of the reduced excise. This change is intended to enhance liquidity for farmers and improve state control over the use of subsidized diesel.
