AUR a sesizat la CCR două legi- jalon în PNRR, adoptate recent de parlamentari: Biodiversitatea şi Acordul de împrumut cu BIRD

AUR has filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court regarding two recently adopted laws, including the Biodiversity Strategy and a loan agreement with the World Bank. The court is expected to rule on these laws by next week, as they need to be published in the Official Monitor by August 31. The loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development aims to cover the budget deficit and refinance public debt. Romania is also implementing various programs funded by loans for structural modernization in the judiciary and healthcare sectors.
