AUR a atacat la CCR legea privind biodiversitatea și cea privind acordul de împrumut cu BIRD

The extremist party AUR has challenged two laws at the Constitutional Court that recently passed through Parliament. These laws are crucial for accessing PNRR funds. The biodiversity law and an agreement for external loans were approved by the Senate with support from PNL, PSD, USR, and UDMR, while the opposition voted against them. The laws are now undergoing a constitutional review, with a decision pending. If approved, they must be promulgated by Nicușor Dan by the end of August to avoid losing nearly one billion euros.
