The police conducted searches in Dâmbovița, targeting the suspects, aged 47 and 19, who reportedly misled the victim online. They convinced her to transfer money under the guise of investing in interest-generating assets. The victim estimated her loss at around 450,000 lei. During the searches, police seized documents, electronic devices, and other evidence for further investigation. The suspects have been taken in for questioning as the inquiry continues under the prosecutor's supervision.
