Au crezut că au găsit avionul Ameliei Earhart într-o imagine din satelit. Ce au descoperit cercetătorii după o expediție pe o insulă izolată

A recent expedition to Nikumaroro Island aimed to investigate a satellite anomaly believed to be Amelia Earhart's missing aircraft. The team found no evidence of the plane, concluding the anomaly was likely tree trunks. Despite this, researchers still believe Earhart and navigator Fred Noonan may have landed on the island after their disappearance in 1937. Previous searches have not confirmed their presence or that of the aircraft. Future underwater research near Howland Island is being planned by Nauticos.
