Attila Cseke: Bistrita-Nasaud, an example of best practice in healthcare system modernization using European funds

Bistrita-Nasaud County is recognized for effectively utilizing European funds to enhance its healthcare system, as highlighted by Interim Health Minister Attila Cseke during a hospital expansion event. The project, funded through PNRR, includes a new medical wing and aims to improve patient access to quality care. Cseke emphasized the investment's comprehensive nature, which encompasses infrastructure, energy efficiency, and advanced medical services. This modernization is expected to alleviate pressure on larger university hospitals and enable more local treatments. The total investment amounts to 668.49 million lei, featuring new operating rooms and state-of-the-art medical equipment.
