Atletul bihorean Mihai Sorin Dringo va concura la Campionatele Europene de la Birmingham

Mihai Sorin Dringo, an athlete from Bihor, will represent Romania at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham, competing in the 400 meters. Dringo, coached by Robert Olah, has a personal best of 44.74 seconds and a seasonal best of 45.57 seconds. His participation follows a successful season, including gold medals in the 100 and 200 meters at the Romanian International Championships. He also won a national title in the 200 meters and a bronze in the 400 meters. This summer, he added two more medals at the Balkan Championships in Greece, showcasing his strong form ahead of the European event. Romania's team consists of 13 athletes, with Dringo being the only representative from CSM Oradea.
