The National Meteorological Administration warns of rain and strong winds until October 20, with snowfall at high altitudes. From October 18, rain and wind intensifications are expected, particularly in Moldova and Dobrogea, with wind speeds reaching 60 km/h. In mountainous areas, gusts may reach 90 km/h, and significant rainfall is anticipated in several regions. Snow accumulation is expected above 2000 meters, especially in the Southern Carpathians, with a total of 10-20 cm of snow. A Yellow Code warning is in effect for wind intensifications in Moldova and Dobrogea until October 19.
