APIA has started payments for diesel fuel used in agriculture, totaling over 150 million lei for the second quarter of 2026. Farmers will receive reimbursements based on their diesel purchases from April to June 2026. The support is divided among various agricultural sectors, with the plant sector receiving the largest share. The total amount of diesel eligible for reimbursement this year is capped at 410 million liters.
