Atentat cu bombă în cel mai mare oraș din Peninsula Crimeea

A man was killed in Sevastopol due to an explosion from a device placed in a trash can, suspected to be an assassination attempt. Witnesses reported a woman with a backpack near the scene, possibly monitoring the victim. The victim is believed to be Robert Shahieiev, a former Ukrainian submarine commander who defected to the Russian Navy in 2014.
