Atacurile Rusiei aproape că au lăsat Ucraina fără locomotive. Kievul negociază cu partenerii europeni
Ukraine has nearly exhausted its locomotive reserves due to Russian attacks on railways and is negotiating with European partners for additional rolling stock. The Ukrainian agriculture minister, Taras Vysotsky, stated that talks are ongoing with countries that have the same railway gauge. The executive director of TIS reported losses of three locomotives at their terminal in Pivdennyi port, highlighting a logistical weakness. The resumption of Black Sea port activities is complicated by the railway's ability to transport goods. Recent weeks have seen intensified Russian attacks on trains carrying key exports like grain and iron ore. Ukraine's foreign minister has called for compatible locomotives and funding for new purchases, noting significant damage to locomotives since the invasion began.
