He noted that the suspect, being under 14, cannot face criminal charges. Antonescu highlighted that minors often act with premeditation, knowing they won't be punished. The attack might stem from accumulated frustrations and influences from online videos. Psychiatrist Gabriel Diaconu suggested the possibility of ideological or racial motivations behind the attack, pointing to signs of radicalization in the suspect's online presence.
